For all ticketed events, please note the following updated policies:

Face coverings are MANDATORY and must be worn at all times except while eating and drinking.

 

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, note our Clear Bag Policy:

  • Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (maximum size: 12"x6"x12")
  • Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (maximum size: 4.5"x6.5")

Can I rent The HiFi for a private event?

We have multiple spaces and can cater to groups of 25-1000 for special events. Our event specialists are ready to talk to you and help take your event to the next level. Please contact hifievents@livenation.com for more information.

How do I buy tickets to upcoming concerts?

Once tickets go on sale you can always visit our website, ticketmaster.com or livenation.com as well as purchase tickets in person at The HiFi box office when it opens later this year.

Will you have parking?

Yes! We will have parking available on-site. More details available closer to opening!

How can I get a job at The HiFi?

For now your best bet is to check out livenationentertainment.com/careers. We will be announcing details for a Job Fair in a couple months and will be hiring for all positions!

How do I find out about VIP seating options at The HiFi?

The HiFi will have some truly amazing ways to experience a show! For VIP programs you can contact hifivip@livenation.com.

Where is The HiFi located?

1323 N. Stemmons Fwy, Dallas TX 75207. In the Design District next door to the Mavericks training facility.
